A Community of Friends
Permanent Supportive Housing Program

With the collaboration of Housing Works Mobile Integration Service Team (MIST), A Community of Friends has been able to provide quality permanent housing and intensive services to former homeless, mentally ill tenants who are at risk of losing their housing due to financial and behavioral problems. Funding has allowed for additional supportive services through property management support systems and provides for needed property maintenance at 16 different sites.
