City of Pomona
Integrated Housing and Outreach Program
The City of Pomona’s Integrated Housing and Outreach Program is using HHPF-CCP funds to work with Foothill Aids Project and Mercy House to provide eviction prevention, rental assistance, intensive case management, advocacy, and infrastructure development for individuals experiencing homelessness in the area.
Obtaining housing on an extremely limited income (Rosa pictured right) on the streets of Pomona for over six (6) years. Thanks to the extensive outreach and case management components of the program, Rosa was linked with permanent, income-based housing, allowing her to rebuild her life.
